ndensate (NSF), SNF, PNS,etc..FDN is made of naphthalene, sulforic acid,formalin and alkali, through sulphuration, hydrolyzation,co
ndensation and neutralization reaction. FDN co
ntains no chloride.Thus, it meets the requirements of chemical admixturespecifications for concrete: ASTM C 494, Type F; ASTM C 1017,GB8076-1997 and GB50119-2003.UsesFDN superplasticizer can be applied to makeflowable, strong or steam-curing concrete. The minimum workingtemperature can be as low as 0 C degree. In steam curing, co
ncretewith superplasticizer has to be strong enough before heating. Thesteam curing specification has to be pre-tested. It is particularlyused as ba
se material for compound admixtures.FDN possesses the features of no retarding, noair-introducing, superplastic high water-reducing and strengthenhancing. It has low alkali content, low sulfonate, and highpurity. It can be widely used in different co

Addition RateFDN can be added directly or added in aftersoluted. It can be added during mixing and after-mixing. Theafterward approach can achieve better result. The suggestedaddition rate is 0.75%.Instruction1.Prepare solutions as required.2.Direct use of powdery agent is allowed.Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by watermoisturization (water-cement ratio: 60%).3.The agent can be combined with other agents ifpilot development or laboratory test is satisfied.Test Data Sheet

Package, Storage & Handling1. For powder: Woven fabric bag with plasticliner. Net weight: 25kg /- 0.13 kg.2. Cautions should be taken to prevent packagesfrom being torn by sharp-ended objects while being transferred ordelivered. When being co
ntaminated by high humidity or moisture incase of leakage, it can be prepared in prescribed ways for furtheruse without surrendering any effect.3. It should be stored in a dedicated warehousethat is well-ventilated and dry. It remains effective in one year.After the expiration date, it can be used again if testing resultsfall within the established range.
